At Handpicked for You, we want you to shop with confidence.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used or are no longer in their original condition, unless the product is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us at sales@handpickedforyou.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the product.
We're committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service, and we'll always do our best to assist you.
