We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days from our Australian warehouses.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Shipping Costs

* Shipping under AU$100, anywhere in Australia, is charged at checkout at a flat rate of AU$9.50. Excludes Dog Grooming products.

* Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over AUD $100. (Excludes Dog Grooming products and Sports Aids & Compression).

Dog Grooming products - Shipping calculate at checkout depending on purchase volume and location. Free shipping on orders over $300.

Multiple Shipments

To bring you the best range of carefully selected wellness products, we partner with several trusted Australian suppliers.

If your order contains products from different warehouses or brands, your items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

There is no additional handling fee for split shipments; however, shipping charges are calculated based on the products, suppliers and delivery location.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia and the warehouse from which your products are dispatched.

Estimated delivery times provided by Australia Post begin once your order has been shipped.
